Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• telephone inquiry for our services
• Your contact information are public on your website

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to your inquiry and/or contact you for our business services only.

We may share this information with our suppliers in order to conduct business related to your inquiry or services you have required from us.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored on Apple ICloud in the United States of America.

We keep your name, job title, company name and address, email address and phone number for 15 years. We will then dispose this information by deleting your record unless we are still actively buying/selling good/services from you, or you have engaged with us in the last 2 years ,or we have a genuine business reason to keep your information

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
